Slava and Raketa were the two main civilian watchmakers in the former U.S.S.R.
Slava watches aren't as common on the Internet as some other brands, and most of the designs aren't especially appealing to me.
Here's one I did like the look of. It has date of the month and day of the week in Russian, but the sub-dials are all non-functioning decorations.
