As far as I can understand from an Altavista Babelfish translation, Orion are a company which sources its watches from the First and Second Moscow Watch Factories (the makers of Poljot and Slava) and Hong Kong. The company behind Orion was formed in the early 1990s, and were wholesalers of watches from the Chistopol Watch Factory (the makers of Vostok). In 1996 they brought out watches under their own brand name - which wasn't Orion at the time - then in 1999 they started using 'Orion'.
Once again they are not as common on the Internet as other brands. As well as regular watches, they market some special models such as skeleton watches, and watches with the day / night indicator panel.
