Ingredients:

• Cooking chocolate
• 1 packet of Anzac biscuits
• 1 packet of slivered almonds

Method:
 

• Put the slivered almonds under a griller until they start to brown.
• Heat the cooking chocolate.
• Place some almonds on each Anzac biscuit, then cover each biscuit with chocolate.

Serves... well, that depends how hungry you are!
 

Chocolate Britneys have no actual connection with Britney Spears, either in the physical world or in concept.  I just thought that the name sounded good.
Do Anzac biscuits exist wherever you are?  I suspect that they are specific to Australia and New Zealand - named as they are after the Australia and New Zealand Army Corp.  Anzac biscuits are hard, crunchy biscuits made from oats, Golden Syrup and possibly coconut. (Plus the usual flour and sugar).
The above is of course the lazy bachelor's way of doing things. A friend who is not a lazy bachelor asked why I wasn't making the ANZAC biscuits myself too. If you want to do that, here, here and here at the Australian War Memorial are some recipes. (If you're that enthusiastic, Caroline, you could grow your own almonds too...)
I've never actually made a Chocolate Britney myself - but I look forward to doing so when I can afford to buy a packet of slivered almonds.
